Nucleus Advisory facilitated a three-day Group Evaluation Workshop for our Client to strengthen organisational alignment, improve cross-functional collaboration, and address key operational challenges across departments. Through interactive discussions, problem-solving activities, and strategic planning exercises, participants worked together to improve communication, align workflows, and develop more effective ways of working. The workshop created space for leaders and teams to step back from day-to-day operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and build a more cohesive and agile approach to collaboration and decision-making across the organisation.
