Nucleus Advisory will facilitate the Group Coaching and Job Evaluation Workshop for our Client to strengthen their managers’ understanding of structured job grading and support fair, consistent role evaluation across the organisation. The workshop will focus on helping participants apply standardised evaluation criteria, understand the full job evaluation process, and confidently integrate evaluation practices into their day-to-day management responsibilities. Managers will also be guided through the updated grading structure and its connection to the organisation’s broader compensation and talent strategy. Through practical discussions and hands-on exercises, the session will enable leaders to conduct job evaluations with greater accuracy, consistency, and alignment across departments. In addition, the workshop will incorporate a group coaching component that creates space for managers to discuss real workplace challenges, align on evaluation approaches, and strengthen decision-making through peer learning and facilitated guidance.
