Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Mastery: Standardize and streamline processes across clinics to ensure seamless operations and exceptional patient care.
• Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with senior management to establish and execute growth, expansion, and profitability goals.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor clinic managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
• Financial Oversight: Drive effective budgeting and implement cost control measures to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Compliance Champion: Ensure all clinics comply with health regulations, licensing requirements, and industry standards.
• Patient-Centered Focus: Enhance the patient experience through innovative service improvements and strategies driven by feedback.
• Technology Innovator: Implement cutting-edge solutions to optimize workflows, increase efficiency, and improve the quality of care delivered.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in multi-location operations management, ideally in healthcare or a related field.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a successful track record of driving team performance.
• Expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and process optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
